Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Poo Samurai mobile application ("App") or the website at poosamurai.com ("Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

1. Who we are

Poo Samurai is operated by the developer of the Poo Samurai game ("we," "us," or "our"). Contact us via the contact form on this site.

2. License to use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content except as permitted by law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use cheats, automation, or exploits to manipulate scores or leaderboards
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App or Site in any unlawful manner
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through Game Center display names or support channels
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with the operation of the App, Site, or Game Center services

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The App, Site, and all content — including artwork, characters, music, sound effects, code, and trademarks such as "Poo Samurai" — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

5. Game Center & Apple services

Use of Game Center leaderboards requires a compatible Apple ID and is subject to Apple's terms and policies. We are not responsible for Apple's services, including outages, account issues, or changes to Game Center.

6. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

7. Free app & future features

The App is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce optional paid features, advertisements, or in-app purchases in future versions. Any such changes will be disclosed in the App and, where required, you will be asked to consent before purchase.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Poo Samurai is a cartoon game intended for entertainment. It is not educational, medical, or hygiene advice. Player discretion is advised for young children.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $0 IF THE APP WAS FREE).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App or Site.

11. Changes to the App, Site, or Terms

We may update the App, Site, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the App and Site.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property) will survive termination.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory local rights, those rights are not affected.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
